We don’t believe in a ‘one-size-fits-all’ method of teaching
Instead, we shape our methods to suit each subject area and each group of students, combining the best aspects of traditional university teaching with innovative techniques to promote participation and interactivity. This means you’ll get a university experience totally centred around you.
Our Staff and students work together in a friendly and supportive atmosphere, to ensure you can learn, develop and achieve in the best possible way. You’ll probably find yourself being taught in a variety of ways, from tailored lectures, tutorials and seminars to practical workshops, coursework and work-based placements.

The University has helped immensely in preparing me to take my next steps. I never thought I’d achieve this much and get this far and it’s only thanks to the university that I’ve been able to do it. It is my spiritual home and I mean every word of that. I’ve learned so much here!
